Directions for Use:

1. Place the desired F-Pack(s) and/or G-Pack into the insulated holster.
2. Secure the holster around the affected area using the attached straps.
3. Apply for 15-20 minutes at a time, as needed. Never apply ice directly to the skin. Always use a barrier (such as a thin cloth) between the cold pack and the skin.
4. For best results, repeat application several times a day. Note that the application time may need to be adjusted depending on the tolerance of the user.
5. When not in use, store the cold packs in the freezer.
6. To clean, wipe the holster with a damp cloth. The holster is also machine washable.

Important Considerations:

• Do not apply ice directly to the skin without a barrier. Always use a thin cloth between the cold pack and skin to prevent frostbite or skin damage.
• If pain persists or worsens, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
• Not intended for use by children without adult supervision.
